Liquid UV-Curable Adhesive GB-101 is a clear, flexible, 100% solids UV curable acrylic adhesive. This formulation has a moderate application viscosity of approximately 400 cP. Cured samples passed standard biocompatibility tests and showed very promising mechanical performances. With excellent adhesion to stainless steel, glass, copper, PC, PVC, TPU, ABS, PMMA, this adhesive is recognized as a multipurpose plastic, glass and metal bonder. In assembling medical devices of multiple parts and substrates, this adhesive can be used to provide sufficient adhesion while minimize the complexicity of having to deal with different types of adhesives. It can be used for bonding tube sets and fittings, reservoirs, needle bonding, and catheter bonding. Adhesion on glass and metal were also found better than some other formulations being applied for bonding medical tubings and catheters.
GB-102 is a 100% solids UV curable acrylic adhesive. GB-102 is suitable for adhering PVC to Polycarbonate as well as other plastics for variety of applications. The product is observed to provide prolonged adhesion strength against PVC plasticizer leakage under accelerated tests using our substrates.
GB-104 is a UV curable acrylic adhesive suitable for adhering most plastics such as ABS, PC, PVC, PMMA, and TPU, and PC. Adhesion on glass and metal are also good. Low viscosity should be able to minimize air bubble related product defects, while good mechanical properties of cured products should make it a prime choice for catheter and reservoir applications.

It has very low shrinkage with excellent adhesion on many general medical device materials being made of stainless steel, copper, metals, glass, PC, PVC, PMMA, ABS, PU, and thermoplastics.
